Automatic dry powder fire extinguisher filling and assembling line ST-AUTO-GZ-Ⅱis designed by our company for fire extinguisher factory user. It includes 1000kg dry powder tank 1set, 100kg dry powder recycling tank 2sets, Germany Becker vacuum pump or French Leybold vacuum pump, automatic double stages dry powder filling machine,automatic hole making stage, automatic valve screwing stage, automatic nitrogen filling stage, double level cyclic conveyor and fire extinguisher base.It is equipped with PLC controlling system for easy operation,reducing labor. And this machine adopts powerful vacuum pump, the filling capacity is largely improved. Its production capacity is 280pcs/h (4kg extinguisher). It is suitable for portable dry powder extinguishers from 1kg to 12kg.
